Customer Development Manager - Repco (Dubbo/Central West Area)

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific and a leader in the automotive aftermarket parts market, is hiring a Customer Development Manager for the Dubbo/Central West area. The role reports to a Channel Manager and works closely with Repco Store Managers to build strong business relationships with target customers. It has a sales focus, with support from a CRM system and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building and understanding customer needs
• Own the sales and gross margin performance of your territory
• Manage relationships with around 150 customers
• Attend and take part in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
• Achieve sales budgets
• Foster a culture of safety and practice safe driving behaviour

Required profile

• Thrives in a KPI-driven environment
• Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Ability to liaise with customers and company stakeholders
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Passion for all things automotive
• The role requires lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving or machine operation
