Internal Sales Representative

About the role

Motion, a business operating across the Asia Pacific region that supplies industrial products and engineering services, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Internal Salesperson for its Dubbo branch. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, and you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting product selection, pricing, stock, orders and deliveries. You will also help with branch administration, showroom promotions and occasional picking and packing, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently by phone and email
• Build and maintain customer relationships, handling product, pricing, order, stock, delivery and account queries
• Assist with picking and packing orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support branch operations and work with team members to meet goals

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
• Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent residency visa

Required skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
