Customer Care Specialist – Business Banking

About the role

The Care for Customer Specialist role focuses on sales, relationship building and business growth within ANZ's Business & Private Bank. You will review customers' banking needs, open business accounts and deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth reviews of customers' business and banking needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Open new and existing business accounts and manage leads and customer requests promptly.
• Drive customer activation and engagement through onboarding conversations and regular check‑ins.
• Uncover cross‑sell opportunities and educate customers on ANZ’s business and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for helping business owners succeed and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high‑performing sales or service teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of banking products, customer service best practices and risk management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, inspire accountability and lead through change.
