Customer Banking Specialist – Part‑time (25 hrs/week)

About the role

The Northpark branch of CommBank is seeking a part‑time Customer Banking Specialist to join the team for 25 hours per week. You will work directly with customers in‑branch, helping them navigate our services and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and build personal connections.
• Assist customers with in‑branch technology and digital banking tools.
• Handle transactional requests, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Financial Health Checks to identify customer needs and refer to specialist teams.
• Interview and process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and related products.
• Proactively call customers to schedule appointments or Financial Health Checks.
• Maintain compliance with bank processes, reconcile transactions, and review financial positions.
• Participate in community events and fundraising activities on behalf of the branch.
