About the role

Join Red Energy’s Payment Assist team to support customers facing financial hardship. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through tailored solutions, assess eligibility, and set up manageable payment plans while delivering empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide personalized assistance.
Assess financial hardship eligibility and create payment plans.
Navigate tailored solutions to maintain essential energy services.

Required profile

At least 12 months experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
Strong customer service and empathy skills.
Positive, self‑motivated attitude.
