Customer Service Representative

About the role

Green Life Clinics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Burleigh Heads Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to enquiries, and supporting clinic and dispensary services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and prioritise incoming calls and enquiries.
• Manage patient queries across both clinic and dispensary services.
• Initiate follow‑up calls to patients who have left messages.
• Conduct new‑patient onboarding calls.
• Support administrative tasks across the group.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Confidence making decisions under pressure.
• Positive attitude, dedicated work ethic, and willingness to learn about medicinal cannabis.
• Availability to work weekends.
