About the role
The CSE Assistant will support the Community & Stakeholder Engagement branch by coordinating administrative processes, meetings, reporting and procurement activities. This position contributes to the delivery of engagement events and projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CSE branch, including coordination of systems, processes and meetings.
- Manage shared inboxes, correspondence and procurement/contract processes.
- Prepare event materials, kits and support the smooth delivery of engagement activities.
- Maintain records, support reporting and assist with stakeholder engagement programs.
Required profile
- Experience in administrative, coordination or organisational roles within government, infrastructure, project‑based or corporate settings.
- Proactive, reliable team member with ability to manage competing priorities and support team operations.
Required skills
- Administrative support, procurement and contract administration.
- Stakeholder correspondence, records management and business operations support.
