CRM Specialist Account Executive, CPQ

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a CRM Specialist Account Executive to join its CRM Sales team and help grow its CRM and Industry Solutions focus area across Australia and New Zealand. The role centres on configure, price and quote (CPQ) as a customer-facing domain expert, working with account executives and solution consultants to build and close CPQ opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build client relationships and contribute to quarterly and annual sales quotas across ANZ
• Develop a CPQ sales strategy for ANZ, including a target prospect list and a regional plan
• Lead CPQ discovery and value conversations with commercial, finance and operations leaders
• Work with Solution Consulting to deliver demonstrations of ServiceNow's CPQ capabilities
• Partner with account executives to build and progress the CPQ pipeline in their accounts
• Manage the sales process through to opportunity close
• Support ANZ partner channels to deliver an effective customer experience
• Use internal tools to manage leads, produce accurate forecasts and territory plans
• Research prospects and accounts using CRM data, social media, search engines and AI tools
• Regular travel across ANZ is expected

Required profile

• 12+ years in sales, with a record of generating new business for enterprise-class customer experience or other business solutions
• Experience selling into enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand
• Experience managing short and long complex sales cycles
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI to work processes, decision-making or problem-solving
• Experience with CPQ, pricing, quoting or sales operations solutions is highly desirable
• Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning or other business application technologies is ideal
