CRM Campaign Coordinator

About the role

Freedom is seeking a CRM Campaign Coordinator to deliver impactful customer communications across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager and the wider Customer team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and MMS.
• Manage the day‑to‑day promotional CRM calendar.
• Develop and coordinate creative briefs and campaign requirements.
• Build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns with high accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights.
• Ensure all campaigns meet brand, legal and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communications.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a CRM, marketing or campaign coordination role.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns, including eDM, direct marketing and/or social campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for marketing and customer experience.
