CRM Account Executive - State Government

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a CRM Account Executive to join its CRM Sales team in Sydney. As a customer-facing domain expert, you will oversee market success for ServiceNow's CRM and Industry solutions, which sit on the Service Management platform and give enterprises a single source of truth. You will build client relationships and meet quarterly and annual sales quotas in an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build client relationships and meet quarterly and annual sales quotas in your territory
• Develop a sales strategy for your territory, including a target prospect list and regional sales plan
• Arrange and lead initial executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings, working closely with the Solution Consulting counterpart to deliver demonstrations of CRM solutions
• Manage the sales process through to opportunity close
• Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities
• Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to deliver an effective customer experience
• Use internal tools to manage leads and produce accurate forecasts, territory plans and goals
• Research prospects and accounts using CRM data, social media, search engines and AI tools
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required

Required profile

• 12+ years in sales, with a record of winning new business for enterprise-class customer experience or other business solutions
• Experience selling to public sector customers
• Experience managing short and long complex sales cycles
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Ability to apply AI to work processes, decision-making or problem-solving

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning or other business application technologies is ideal
• Strong understanding of business sales processes
