CRM Account Executive - High Tech & Media

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a CRM Account Executive in its CRM Sales team, based in Sydney. As a customer-facing domain expert, you will sell ServiceNow's CRM and Industry solutions to high-tech and media customers, driving growth in a fast-growing focus area supported by the business unit and executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Build client relationships and meet quarterly and annual sales quotas in an assigned territory
• Develop a sales strategy for the territory, including a target prospect list and regional sales plan
• Lead initial executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings, working with the Solution Consulting counterpart to deliver demonstrations of ServiceNow's CRM solutions
• Manage the sales process through to opportunity close
• Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities
• Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to deliver an effective customer experience
• Use internal tools to manage leads, produce accurate forecasts, territory plans and goals
• Research prospects and accounts using CRM data, social media, search engines and AI tools
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required

Required profile

• 12+ years in sales, with a record of generating new business for enterprise-class customer experience or other business solutions
• Experience selling into enterprise high-tech, media or telecommunications customers across Australia
• Experience managing short and long complex sales cycles
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI to work processes, decision-making or problem-solving
• Strong understanding of business sales processes
• Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning or other business application technologies is ideal
