Creative Solutions Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team in Australia. You will drive the development and cross-functional delivery of media and event-led campaigns for world-leading brands, working closely with sales counterparts and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the sales counterpart to interpret and respond to client briefs, and collaborate on proposals and deliverables within time and budget constraints.
• Drive different department teams on the development and delivery of brand partnership projects, keeping priorities, deadlines and decisions clear and ensuring delivery within budget.
• Lead day-to-day communication with clients throughout a project, delivering excellent client service and looking to upsell beyond the current agreement.
• Carry out regular reporting and analysis of campaign work.
• Take part in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties and colleagues.
• Keep up to date with the media and markets clients operate in, build competitor reviews and improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a relevant role, ideally in a media owner/agency or creative/digital agency.
• Experience responding to client briefs and extensive client-facing experience.
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent English.
