Marketing Strategy Associate (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Marketing Strategy Associate to join its Acquisition Marketing team in Melbourne. The role leads the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth, working with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver marketing initiatives and optimise performance through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of experiences, building strategies for partner experiences and Fever Original events worldwide
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram, and platforms such as Google
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content Copywriting teams to set strategic directions for campaigns

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, Meta ads and other social paid platforms
• Proficient English and fluent Korean
• Marketing background
• Willingness to work in Melbourne and grow within Fever

Required skills

• Digital marketing and Meta ads
• Naver and/or Kakao Ads experience is a plus
