Creative Marketing Director

About the role

Monei delivers tailored finance solutions focused on optimising cash flow, taxation and financial structures. It is looking for a full-time Creative Marketing Director for a hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote Monei's finance solutions and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define creative vision and messaging, and oversee concept development
• Guide art direction for digital and print assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product and leadership teams to turn business goals into creative strategies
• Manage external agencies or freelancers
• Analyse campaign performance to refine future initiatives
• Mentor creative and marketing team members and maintain design standards
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Required profile

• Strong creative direction and art direction for multi-channel campaigns and brand assets
• Experience developing creative strategy and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences
• Proven branding skills, including brand positioning, visual identity and messaging frameworks
• Background leading cross-functional creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in financial services, professional services or B2B industries is highly regarded
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
