Creative & AI Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Traffic Radius is seeking a Creative & AI Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality digital designs for Australian clients across multiple industries. The role blends traditional design expertise with AI‑assisted workflows to drive engagement, leads, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn ads (carousel and static).
• Design website banners, landing‑page visuals, email templates, product images, brochures, presentations, and brand assets.
• Produce short‑form videos, GIFs, and basic motion graphics.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, image concepts, video prompts, campaign mock‑ups, and faster execution.
• Collaborate closely with PPC, social media, SEO, web, content, copy, and client‑success teams.
• Translate marketing briefs into polished, on‑brand designs that support traffic, leads, and conversions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in creative & AI graphic design.
• Digital‑marketing agency background preferred.
• Experience designing for Australian business audiences.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, social media, websites, landing pages, email, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for creative ideation and rapid iteration.
• Excellent layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual hierarchy skills.

Required skills

• AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Basic motion‑graphics with Adobe After Effects.
• Meta Ads Manager, Google Display Network, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
