About the role
Join 7‑Eleven as a Corporate Store Manager in Geelong and lead a retail store as if it were your own business. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Delight customers with service and store standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop the store team.
- Maintain a safe, positive and clean store environment.
- Achieve KPIs, targets and financial performance.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Resilience, positive attitude and willingness to act on feedback.
- Passion for self‑motivation and team motivation.
Required skills
- Customer‑focused retail leadership.
- Ability to manage store operations and financials.
