Corporate Key Partnership Manager

About the role

The Corporate Key Partnership Manager will manage a portfolio of contracted corporate partners across Australia, building strong relationships and driving growth for Virgin Australia. You will use B2B sales expertise, market research and data insights to deliver business reviews that support customer satisfaction, retention and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow relationships with corporate partners and their Travel Management Companies.
• Develop and deliver action‑focused partner presentations, business reviews, discovery workshops and proposals.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, renegotiate and execute enterprise‑level agreements and commercial value propositions.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in large‑market or enterprise B2B sales.
• 5+ years experience negotiating complex contracts and preparing tenders.
• Proven ability to influence change within complex, enterprise organisations.
• Formal qualification in a business‑related discipline or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with web‑based analysis and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Sabre GDS, PRISM or similar travel systems (advantage).
