Content Producer

About the role

EatClub is looking for a versatile Content Producer to drive its creative vision across social platforms. The role blends on‑site shooting, editing, on‑camera presenting and design, with a strong focus on AI‑enhanced production. You will create high‑volume, platform‑native video and visual assets that reach millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate and produce high‑volume, social‑native video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Shoot, edit and appear on camera for formats such as vox pops, street interviews, taste tests, case studies and trend‑driven edits.
• Generate performance‑marketing, CRM and campaign assets, including social carousels, infographics and web visuals.
• Leverage AI tools for video, image, audio and copy to multiply output and explore fully AI‑led creative production.
• Manage publishing and community engagement across platforms, interacting with audiences, creators and restaurant partners.
• Stay current with internet culture, identify trends and formats worth telling for customers, partners and cities.
• Collaborate with the Social & Content Lead, wider marketing team and external creators to bring priorities to life.
• Test, learn and iterate based on performance and engagement data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience producing content in a brand, agency, creator or in‑house environment.
• Passion for digital storytelling and ability to work across multiple formats and channels.
• Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude and willingness to get out into the field.
• Strong interest in AI as a creative accelerator.
