Content and Communications Officer

About the role

BESIX Watpac is looking for a Content and Communications Officer to develop and deliver engaging internal and external communications that strengthen brand reputation and boost employee engagement across its Australian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce corporate communications such as organisational reports, business updates and stakeholder content.
• Draft high‑quality award submissions that clearly showcase organisational achievements.
• Create digital content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand visibility.
• Write case studies highlighting project success, innovation and community impact.
• Support planning, delivery and reporting of communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in content creation, corporate communications, public relations, journalism or marketing communications.
• Proven ability to develop corporate materials including reports, newsletters, case studies and strategic communications.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.
