About the role
Join Roland Berger's newly launched Sydney office as a Consultant in the Transaction & Investor Services team. You will work with financial sponsors across the transaction lifecycle, helping them identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, and realise post‑transaction value.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business data and perform market and competitive positioning studies.
- Conduct strategic and operational diagnostics, lead client interviews, and prepare presentation materials.
- Participate in workshops and contribute to the development of client‑facing deliverables.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields such as investment banking.
- Experience working with financial sponsor clients (private equity, private credit, infrastructure funds).
- Outstanding academic credentials from a leading institution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Australian citizenship or residency.
Required skills
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools and interest in AI‑based solutions.
