About the role
Aon is seeking a Consultant to join its Talent Solutions team within Human Capital. The role focuses on providing expert guidance and high‑quality data solutions that help clients optimise their remuneration strategies. The position is hybrid, with two days per week working from home, and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver data‑driven remuneration insights and solutions to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with internal professionals to drive impactful projects and support client success.
- Manage commercial renewals for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Support clients in optimising their engagement with Aon’s rewards services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits or data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Detail‑oriented with a commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
