AI Enablement Partner - HR

About the role

Canva is looking for an AI Enablement Partner to join its People technology team in Sydney. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of HR, technology and artificial intelligence, helping to automate and modernise the way the People organisation works.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build low‑code automations that eliminate repetitive tasks across the People tech stack.
• Develop AI‑powered copilots, agents and intelligent workflows to improve self‑service and support.
• Integrate core HR systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiters and CultureAmp using scalable connectors.
• Ensure data is clean, structured and analytics‑ready through validation workflows.
• Act as a force multiplier for the People Systems Analyst team, providing support and troubleshooting during peak periods.
• Continuously monitor and improve automation performance, reliability and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑ready automations with platforms like Workato or N8N.
• Background in HR technology or a strong ability to translate HR processes into automated solutions.
• Hands‑on mindset with a passion for experimenting with AI agents and low‑code tools.
