Construction Trade and Labour Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Trade and Labour Recruiter to join our Ascot Head Office during a period of significant growth driven by major project awards.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for trades and labour roles across Australia
• Delivering a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and candidates
• Partnering with the mobilisation team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality high‑volume of candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placement
• Conducting thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing business needs

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, ideally within the Construction industry
• Experience in the recruitment of construction trades and labour (Fitters, Electricians, BMWs, Riggers etc)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team‑oriented approach
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights and currently residing in Perth
