Construction Lawyer

About the role

Join a highly regarded Western Australia construction legal team and work on a diverse range of projects alongside experienced lawyers and quality clients. You will work directly with Partner Isla McRobbie on projects from residential to large‑scale infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, engineering, consultancy, supply and maintenance agreements.
• Provide clear, practical advice on procurement, project delivery, risk allocation and contract administration.
• Manage matters with autonomy while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

Required profile

• Minimum four years post‑admission experience, preferably in front‑end construction law.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and negotiating project agreements.
• Confidence advising on procurement, risk allocation and contract administration.
