Conference Registration Partner

About the role

Gartner is looking for a Conference Registration Partner in Sydney, an early-career role for someone who builds relationships and delivers exceptional experiences. You will work directly with senior business and technology leaders from leading organisations, developing commercial, stakeholder management and executive engagement skills. The role sits between Gartner clients and internal sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Gartner clients and internal stakeholders.
• Engage directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Help executives identify the conferences that best match their priorities and initiatives.
• Guide attendees through registration and conference planning.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first conversation through event attendance.
• Identify opportunities to add further value and connect clients with the appropriate Gartner teams.

Required profile

• 0-4 years of professional experience.
• Degree preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence interacting with business professionals and senior stakeholders.
• Professional, articulate and confident, energised by conversations and building relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
