Concrete Remedial Supervisor – Goldfields (WA)

About the role

Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Concrete Remedial Supervisor to lead crews on a variety of concrete repair and strengthening projects across the Goldfields region of Western Australia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality outcomes in challenging mining and infrastructure environments, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to meet programme requirements.
• Supervise daily site activities and lead crews on remedial projects.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Implement and monitor safety systems, maintaining compliance at all times.
• Read and interpret technical and structural drawings.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and client representatives on site.
• Provide clear direction, mentoring, and support to site teams.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor in concrete repair or remedial works.
• Strong technical understanding of concrete repairs, remediation scopes, and structural strengthening.
• Background working in mining, industrial, or remote environments.
• Confident in leading crews and managing subcontractors.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in FIFO or regional settings.

Required skills

• Concrete repair and reinstatement.
• Use of epoxies, grouts and pre‑mixed repair mortars.
• Formwork, reinforcement and concrete pouring (FRP).
• Reading construction and structural drawings.
• Structural strengthening techniques.
