Compliance Specialist – Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role
Mercor is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to evaluate AI‑generated artifacts on a fully remote basis. You will work independently, applying domain‑specific quality rubrics to ensure outputs meet factual, aesthetic, and presentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated content against detailed quality rubrics.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation errors.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model performance.
- Manage deadlines autonomously while collaborating asynchronously with the AI research team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal or compliance roles.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
- Preferred: Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
