Community Manager – Gordonvale

About the role

Ingenia Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of its new land‑lease community in Gordonvale, welcoming its first residents in early 2027. You will be the face of the community, championing resident experience and ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability and resident‑first thinking.
• Oversee daily community operations, including maintenance, grounds, and contractor activities.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Develop and deliver community events, lifestyle programs and resident‑focused initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with residents, Home Owners Committees, local stakeholders and internal teams.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence, engage and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience managing budgets and competing priorities.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
