Communications Manager

About the role

Jurlique is seeking a passionate communications professional to lead storytelling, media relations, influencer engagement and brand building across western markets. Reporting to the Head of Global Communications, PR & CSR, you will develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage public relations programmes, media relationships and earned media opportunities.
• Lead influencer engagement, onboarding, campaign development and performance evaluation.
• Support brand storytelling across campaigns, product launches and corporate initiatives.
• Plan and deliver media, influencer and brand events, including farm‑based experiences.
• Manage agency partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Retail, Digital and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, public relations or brand marketing.
• Proven track record managing media relations and PR programmes.
• Strong influencer and partnership management experience with a network in the creator market.
• Excellent written communication, storytelling and content development skills.
• Project management and organisational capabilities.
