Commercial Support Associate

About the role

The Commercial Support Associate works closely with the Spine Territory Manager to provide territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales support. The role ensures consignment sets and loaner equipment are efficiently managed and supports customer and field team inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process consignment set requests, manage calendars, ship and schedule pickups, and inspect/replenish inventory.
• Enter and fulfill DOs, loaner requests, and consignment orders using AtlasOne and GlobusOne systems.
• Support the Spine Territory Manager with joint field calls, account strategy execution, and sales goal achievement.
• Serve as primary operational contact for local customer inquiries, manage urgent shipments, and maintain accurate records of interactions and inventory movements.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple inventory and scheduling tasks.
• Attention to detail for inspecting, replenishing, and tracking consignment equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and field teams to support territory performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AtlasOne system.
• Experience using Outlook calendar and Excel for scheduling and tracking.
• Familiarity with GlobusOne for address updates and order management.
