About the role

We are seeking a Commercial & Procurement Manager to lead procurement and commercial activities for a growing high‑voltage infrastructure business. This hands‑on leadership position combines technical procurement, people management and commercial oversight.

Key responsibilities

Lead contract negotiations, support delivery teams with variations, claims and commercial disputes, acting as the first point of escalation.
Manage RFQs, tender evaluations, supplier negotiations and subcontractor engagement.
Review technical scopes, drawings and submissions to identify gaps, exclusions and delivery risks.
Oversee contract terms, variations and commercial disputes while aligning supplier and subcontractor agreements with client commitments.

Required profile

Experience in high‑voltage (HV), substations, transmission or electrical infrastructure.
Strong procurement and contract management capability.
Confidence leading people, influencing stakeholders and handling difficult negotiations.
Ability to work independently across technical and commercial requirements.
