About the role
This hands‑on Civil Designer/Design Engineer position focuses on subdivisions, land development and infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney. You will work alongside experienced engineers delivering practical, buildable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop road designs, stormwater layouts, grading, drainage and supporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, councils, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of civil design experience, preferably in land development or infrastructure.
- Strong subdivision experience and exposure to stormwater or road projects.
- Proactive attitude, accountable, good communication and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with BricsCAD (primary tool).
- Experience with 12d or Civil 3D is highly regarded.
