Commercial Manager - Medical Nutrition

About the role

Nestlé Health & Nutrition is looking for an ambitious and strategic Commercial Manager, Medical to lead its Medical Nutrition business across Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for commercial strategy, portfolio performance and sustainable growth, reporting to the Nutrition & Health Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for the Medical Nutrition portfolio across ANZ
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across the portfolio
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities in key healthcare channels
• Use market, customer and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches and commercial initiatives
• Lead forecasting, business planning and performance management
• Influence local, regional and global stakeholders and foster collaboration and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial leadership, sales, marketing or general management
• Experience in healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare or FMCG
• Demonstrated P&L accountability and proven ability to develop growth strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and teams
