Cloud Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Associate to join our technology operations team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to build expertise in cloud computing, infrastructure, and IT operations while working remotely across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and assist with day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud‑related technical issues.
• Support deployment and configuration of cloud services.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Support backup, recovery, and security‑related processes.
• Participate in incident management and service‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cloud Computing or a related field.
• Basic understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems and overall IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and a strong willingness to learn.
