Cloud Generation Specialist – Launchpad Sales Role

About the role

Join Pax8 as a Cloud Generation Specialist and kick‑start your technology sales career. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach, building a pipeline of SMB partners and introducing them to Pax8’s cloud services marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Make 40+ daily calls to introduce Pax8 Cloud Services and set appointments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet monthly activation targets.
• Partner with SMBs to propose solutions across Cloud Software, Security, SoS, Academy and Professional Services.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and grow net‑new business.
• Convert leads into opportunities using frameworks such as SPIN.

Required profile

• Social‑media savvy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
• Experience or interest in lead generation, sales or tech sales (cloud/security/AI a plus).
• High energy and positivity to sustain 40+ calls per day.
• Independent yet collaborative, clear communicator and coachable.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude with Microsoft Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications.
• Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and data management.
