Clinical Provider – Telehealth & Onsite Support

About the role

Intellect is seeking qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations for employees across Australia. The role supports wellbeing, stress, and resilience while contributing to the company’s EAP provider network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• Relevant master’s degree (Counselling, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology).
• Active registration with appropriate Australian professional body (ACA, PACFA, AASW, or AHPRA).
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice (internship counts).
• Willingness to obtain Police Check/Working With Children Check and Medicare provider number if required.
