Clinical Provider (Telehealth & Onsite)

About the role

Intellect is expanding its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) network in Australia and seeks qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver telehealth and onsite mental health support. The role offers flexibility to complement private practice or build a full‑time career within a global mental‑health tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience initiatives.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology (APAC‑accredited).
• Active registration with ACA, PACFA, or AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia) as appropriate.
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice experience.
• Preferably an Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology or progress via Registrar Program.
