Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 1/2) – Rotational

About the role

The South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 1 or 2) on a rotational basis to join the pharmacy team at Prince of Wales Hospital and Royal Hospital for Women. This temporary full‑time role runs until August 2028 and supports safe, evidence‑based medication therapy across a seven‑day service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services across SESLHD to optimise safe and appropriate medication use.
• Rotate through clinical, operational (dispensary) and production teams according to a set schedule.
• Participate in a seven‑day roster that includes flexible hours, on‑call, after‑hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide person‑centred care.
• Potentially work at multiple locations within the district as required.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with Grade 1 or Grade 2 qualification.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule and adapt to various clinical settings.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients and health‑care teams.
