Clinical Nurse – Community Services (North Queensland)

About the role
BlueCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join its community services team across the North Queensland network. You will provide remote and onsite nursing support, mentor frontline staff, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care that enables clients to remain independent at home.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop, implement, monitor, and review individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and orientation for new and existing care staff.
- Respond to clinical issues, resolve concerns, and support the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with accreditation compliance and ensure service standards are met.
- Participate in telehealth consultations and community funding initiatives where applicable.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive experience in acute or aged‑care settings with strong clinical decision‑making.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑management skills.
Required skills
- Telehealth nursing experience.

- Competitive hourly rate of $59.43‑$60.70 plus superannuation.
