Client Site Assistant

About the role

As a Client Site Assistant you will be the friendly face of Drake Business Logistics at our client locations in Sydney or Melbourne. You will ensure visitors and clients receive prompt, professional service while supporting the smooth delivery of our logistics and workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Respond to enquiries, manage client requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Organise and support meetings, events and on‑site activities.
• Monitor service performance, communicate updates and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, client services or administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, able to think on your feet and work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with business systems.
