Client Services Officer / Manager (Wealth Management)

About the role

A recruitment agency is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a Client Services Officer / Manager for a highly regarded Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm in the Perth CBD. The firm gives tailored financial advice and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families and sophisticated investors. You will work alongside experienced Financial Advisors and Directors to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to Senior Financial Advisors and Directors
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with client enquiries
• Prepare for client review meetings and new client appointments
• Gather data and research client investments and products
• Implement advice documentation and administrative processes
• Maintain the Xplan client database accurately, compliantly and with integrity
• Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing service activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
• Highly organised, procedure-driven approach and professional demeanour
• Ability to work confidently with professional, high-net-worth clientele
• Experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Private Banking or Financial Services is highly regarded

Required skills

• Experience with Xplan is preferred
