A professional services business based in Perth is looking for a motivated Accounting & Finance Intern. Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
• Preparing and maintaining financial records
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Data entry and financial documentation
• Assisting with reports and spreadsheets
• Supporting general bookkeeping and reviewing financial information for accuracy
• General administrative support to the accounting team

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Organised, reliable and willing to learn
• Professional communicator who works well in a team
• No previous professional accounting experience required

Required skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
