Clerical In‑Charge – Lead Clinic Operations

About the role

Lumus Imaging is seeking a Clerical In‑Charge to oversee day‑to‑day operations at its state‑of‑the‑art Bloomfield clinic. This full‑time position will lead a dedicated reception team, support clinical staff and ensure smooth patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Drive efficient daily clinic operations and coordinate workflows.
• Lead, motivate and develop the reception and administration team.
• Manage rosters, staff coverage and daily allocations.
• Identify bottlenecks in patient flow and implement rapid solutions.
• Handle complex patient enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure accurate Medicare, DVA, private billing and other administrative processes.
• Oversee financial tasks, including daily banking.
• Maintain compliance with clinic procedures, privacy obligations and professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Clear, confident communication and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in healthcare or radiology administration is highly regarded.
