Claims Technical Learning Consultant

About the role

Join Zurich's People Team as a Claims Technical Learning Consultant, where you will design and embed learning solutions that support the Retail Life Claims transformation. You will work closely with claims leaders and subject‑matter experts to build capability, improve outcomes for customers, and drive new ways of working across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver capability initiatives for the Retail Claims transformation program, with a focus on Income Protection.
• Partner with claims leaders and experts to embed improvements in claims management and return‑to‑work outcomes.
• Develop learning solutions that encourage behaviour change and support adoption of new processes.
• Support onboarding, technical pathways and performance‑support tools to strengthen team capability.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and other learning interventions to improve performance.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Curious and energized by change, with a strong desire to improve existing processes.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
• Experience in claims or insurance environments and a track record of designing learning at scale.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
