Civil Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

Join BMD's Urban division as a Civil Supervisor, leading civil and building works for land development and infrastructure projects across Australia. You will work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site civil construction activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet productivity and program targets.
• Lead and mentor Foremen and Leading Hands, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a Certificate III in Civil Construction.
• Extensive civil construction background with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
• Motivation to achieve value‑for‑money results for the program.

Required skills

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (mandatory).
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision (desirable).
