Civil Engineer

About the role

You will lead project teams and own the technical delivery of civil projects across built form, road infrastructure, high‑density precinct development and public domain works, based in our Newcastle office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction, managing design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks and stormwater drainage.
• Mentor emerging engineers and contribute to the technical development of the civil section.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain client‑facing relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑graduate experience as a civil engineering consultant on built form projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised university.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in civil design software such as 12D Model and/or Civil 3D.
• Competent use of DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD.
