Civil Construction Labourer & Truck Driver

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our field crews in Greater Brisbane, supporting water infrastructure projects as civil construction labourers and truck drivers. The role is permanent full‑time and offers a competitive remuneration package with regular overtime.

Key responsibilities

• General labouring tasks including site preparation and on‑site support.
• Operating state‑of‑the‑art plant and equipment for pipeline renewal, cleaning, assessments, pipe lining, junction cut & seal and flow management.
• Assisting with civil works such as manhole and pit alterations and rehabilitation.
• Performing pipe maintenance activities like cleaning, pipe lining, CCTV inspections and basic plumbing.

Required profile

• Valid HR or MR licence.
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White card).
• Willingness to work across sites in Greater Brisbane.
• Strong work ethic, safety focus and positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol test and criminal history check.

Required skills

• Pipe cleaning.
