Chef - Summer Hill Hotel

About the role

ALH, part of Endeavour Group, owns and operates more pubs than anyone else across Australia and is looking for a passionate chef to join its kitchen team at Summer Hill Hotel. The chef plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences that delight guests, working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that impress guests
• Contribute positively to a culture centred on safety and hygiene, with the guest experience at the heart of everything
• Maintain a consistent standard of high-quality, well-presented dishes that meet the ALH standard

Required profile

• Great experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Necessary trade cooking qualifications
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries
