Chef de Partie – Full‑time

About the role

As a full‑time Chef de Partie at Pullman East Melbourne, you will create high‑quality dishes that delight guests while adapting to special requests. You will work in a fast‑paced, premium hotel kitchen and help deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food in line with hotel premium standards.
• Supervise, coach and train kitchen team members alongside the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor food waste, stock levels and kitchen resources.
• Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and fostering a positive culture.

Required profile

• Experienced Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced operation.
• Creative menu development with up‑to‑date food trends.
• Natural leadership, strong communication and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Motivated, energetic and eager to grow within the Accor brand.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage stock, control waste and maintain quality.
