Channel Marketing Manager

About the role

The Channel Marketing Manager will drive regional channel growth, partner enablement and go‑to‑market execution for the ANZ region, linking product strategy with market requirements and distributor execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute regional channel marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Develop growth programs for distributors, mass‑market customers and strategic partners.
• Build partner enablement programs, including training, pitch decks, battle cards and lead‑generation assets.
• Lead joint campaigns with distributors to generate qualified opportunities and track performance.
• Collaborate on solution positioning, technical marketing and application‑focused messaging.
• Manage GTM execution, campaign themes, launch packages and incentive programs.
• Analyse channel performance, competitive activity and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Track funnel progression, design‑win influence and revenue contribution using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years experience in channel marketing, product marketing, business development or semiconductor solution marketing.
• Strong experience with Power, Analog and mixed‑signal semiconductor products.
• Proven track record working with distributors and channel partners to execute demand‑generation programs.
• Ability to translate technical strengths into differentiated channel messaging and sales tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
